NBG's quality policy and quality objectives are centred on customer satisfaction. We are committed to understanding and meeting our customers' needs and expectations, and translating these into quality standards for our products and service requirements. Our quality policy is to "do it right the first time", which means that we are committed to delivering high quality products and services the first time in order to minimise errors and waste and increase efficiency. Our quality objective is to ensure that our customers' needs and expectations are met. To achieve this goal, we continuously improve our products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations. We do this by regularly collecting and analysing customer feedback to understand where our products and services can be improved.
